Housekeeping Supervisor (Former Employee) says

"Poor leadership, working for the customer is about the same as working for the company. everything is your fault. you can bring many things to attention that needs to be addressed and they won’t"

Janitor Supervisor (Current Employee) says

"Supervisors are over worked and hugely under paid. There is very little to zero training. Upper management is a joke. Work rules seem to differ from shift to shift and supervisors are not all treated equally across the board. Some get to use their pto days whenever they choose while others are forced to use theirs for sick days or doctors appointments. Some are forced to work overtime while others aren’t and the harder you work the more work load is expected of you. There is no such thing as team work. Most of the time if something is carried over from to the next shift you can sure bet it will still be there when your shift returns because upper management does not hold all supervisors accountable, only creating more work for the supervisors that actually do their job. There are no raises no matter how good of a job you do to prove your worth and they make you work every holiday that your supposed to get off if it falls on your scheduled work day. You only get 6 paid holidays off but if you work Monday-Friday and that holiday falls on a Thursday you got to work it. This company has no incentives to even want to try to continue doing a good job."

Journeyman Electrician/Lead Man (Former Employee) says

"Caravan Facilities Management is the worst company to work for. Cons: no breaks, long hours, no raises, no benefits, nothing."

Janitor/Maintenance (Former Employee) says

"Dead end job. Good ole boy club. Zero leadership. Make it up as you go. Sleep in closets for 3 months before anybody notices. Just show up and shut up type situation. Cons: Everything"

Janitor (Former Employee) says

"A place to work if it's the only one you can get. Horrible management, changes every 6 months, minimal raises. I would not recommend this place to a friend at all."

Janitor and Cleaner (Current Employee) says

"The managers come in Lowering your energy cause they always had bad news. She is pain the manager changed the rules everyday. And she don't let ppl know when they have a done a good job she was always bad news. no positive environment at all. You can't go to Your car on your break. It's not s job I would recommend"

Laboror (Former Employee) says

"It doesn’t matter what I think about the company because my opinion means absolutely nothing. They will screw you every chance they get and fire you just like that. Cons: union"

Industrial Janitorial Cleaner (Current Employee) says

"I would like to advance my career.i would like to work for a more respectful company. A company that cares about its employees is what i seek. A company that gives and not just take."

Custodian/Janitor (Former Employee) says

"Was a terrible place to work. The pay is ridiculously low for the amount of work. Also will lie about you to their clients, telling them things like they sent you to a 3 week training course..."

Environmental Miscellaneous Technician (Former Employee) says

"I work for this company for 11 years. They say they care about employees but they don't care about employees and their saftey . Management lies to you at Fort Wayne"

Maintenance Supervisor (Former Employee) says

"Didn't have any advancement opportunities at all. Shady company. In bed with the union. Listens to the union chairman and will make decisions to fire a supervisor in a moment's notice. Didn't want input from seasoned Maintenance supervisors or any of their managers. Wouldn't recommend to my enemy Cons: No advancement. Upper management is god awful. No direction at all."

Janitor (Former Employee) says

"I wouldn't recommend anyone to work for caravan management are the worst i ever seen in my life they pick and choose employees and those they like can sleep on job never complete there jobs management make other people do there jobs and employees that don't like they find ways to fired you"

Janitorial Worker (Current Employee) says

"This place is an absolute joke. They have people doing 2 or 3 people's jobs for just above minimum wage. I've had 5 supervisors in 4 years each of them worse then the last. They are all disorganized, they cannot communicate and they think that their subordinates are trash people that can be treated poorly. The building I'm in has been shorthanded by 2 employees for over 2 years now. When I ask when we are getting help (I have vacation time I'd love to use and a family that would love me to use it) I'm told it isn't in the budget. I asked for a broom once and was also told it wasn't in the budget. This job has caused me to slide into such a deep depression that I have a hard time even leaving my house anymore. Can't afford to get help because my employer doesn't pay a living wage. They offer health benefits but in order to get those I'd have to sell my car and house to be able to make the monthly payments. This company uses and abuses people. Funny side note, the owner cries when he plays hockey. True story. Cons: No work/life balance, low wages, poor management"

Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) says

"The job was very fast paced with little assistance. I was constantly harassed by co-workers and management did nothing to alleviate it. The workload was very hectic with very little pay. Not a fair place to work."

Supervisor (Former Employee) says

"Pay and benefits are horrible for locations supervisors and managers. Typically the union hourly laborers make almost as much (less than $1/r) than management, Paid time off is lacking. The training is minimal. And yet the area manager expects to and holds you accountable. My area manager was/is racist. Constantly going after white males and/or females that stand up to her unethical practices. I wouldn't recommend anyone to work for this company. Cons: Constanly being called after hours by area manager"

Janitor/Booth Cleaner (Former Employee) says

"It was great at first because we could work as much overtime as we wanted but management had a high turnover always had a new boss that didn't know what they were doing"

Janitorial (Former Employee) says

"Don't waste your time! This job is on-call only. They hire every 2 months because no one stays, not enough hours. And when they do call you it's last minute and they expect you to drop everything and come to work, even though they tell you that you can turn it down you only have 6 times and they fire you. Management is confused, they have no idea what they are doing, no communication between managers 2 managers will call for the same job. If you have time and gas to waste by all means go for it. You won't pay any bills with this job. Good luck!"

Janitorial Supervisor (Former Employee) says

"The place was the worst place I've ever worked in my life."

Administrative Assistant (Current Employee) says

"Stressfull is the only way to describe this company. No Life work balance. Not a employee driven company. Management works against you."

Employee (Current Employee) says

"The union steward has the project manager in their pocket. Site director is clueless and sacred to run the site and supervisors think they know everything. Get rid of the two headed snake and it might be a good place to work. Can't get any tools promised and forget about any material to order. All jobs magically fix themselves. Cons: everything"

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"I worked at Caravan Health full-time Cons: This was a terrible place to work and they don't care about the health and wellness of their own employees. There is very poor internal communication and a complete lack of support. The leadership team treats people like dirt."

"I have been working at Caravan Health Cons: They are more interested about making profit gains then actually helping them. The phrase "low hanging fruit" is used quite often, meaning that they are easy money. We look at clinics and practices as our "million of dollar profit" also the company asks all the employees to submit good reviews on glassdoor and that is completely unfair and lying to people who are trying to look for a great opportunity. Job environment is horrible and dishonest."

"I have been working at Caravan Health Cons: However, their work is thwarted by profoundly under qualified and egomaniacal senior management. The capacity of the organization is misaligned with its mission. The organization sees rural health as low-hanging fruit and exploits its vulnerabilities. The culture of the company depends on the office you are located in. In the Bay Area office, the culture is draconian and dictatorial if not downright abusive. To add insult to injury, pay is low and benefits are abysmal."

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"I worked at Caravan Health full-time for more than 3 years Cons: Leadership was very indecisive, felt some race discrimination regarding career advancement and equality with pay."

Former Employee - Account Manager says

"I worked at Caravan Health full-time Cons: Too much politics and not enough focus"

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"I worked at Caravan Health full-time for less than a year Cons: Caravan is tripping over themselves trying to figure out their service model making erratic changes without thinking them through only to back peddle later. Most of their staff and managers are great people but there are a few in leadership that are horrible. They harass and micromanage their staff. Senior leadership talks a lot about staff engagement and work-life balance but they do nothing to reinforce a positive working culture."

Former Employee - Clinical Practice Improvement Manager says

"I worked at Caravan Health full-time for more than a year Cons: Change should be purposeful not chaotic. Communication is key to sucessful change. Tools and resources are not up to date, complete, and organized in a way that is meaningful."

Current Employee - Quality Improvement Specialist says

"I have been working at Caravan Health full-time for less than a year Cons: internal communication inconsistent, on boarding incomplete, lack of continual touches to employees create a feeling of nonsupport"

"I have been working at Caravan Health Cons: The company doesn't actually help practices once they're enrolled in the program. Leadership is only concerned about enrollment numbers for CMS reports. CEO requested that staff submit only positive reviews on glassdoor and totally blew off an unfavorable review, instead of using it as a learning point or opportunity to improve. It's very much an atmosphere where opinions of staff are not valued"

Former Employee - Manager says

"I worked at Caravan Health full-time for more than a year Cons: No clear vision, top-down structure where leadership is oblivious to what’s truly happening on front lines when they make decisions."
